Many VFH Program students register for the Online Session and BLOCK the AVAILABLE SPACE in the Virtual Classroom for other students by NOT SHOWING UP for the Final Exam on the registered date. Therefore the Examination Center implemented the Rebooking/Cancelling Exam Fee. 

 

Rebooking and Cancellation Policy

 

 

You must pay a Rebooking/Cancellation Fee of $9.95+HST  in the following situations:

  1. If You Do not Show up for Online Session
  2. If you Show Up for Online Session but without G Driving Licence with Photo
  3. If You Fail Your Exam more than two times
  4. If You want to Cancel your Previous Registration.
  5. If you are Disqualified/Dismissed for any reason from the Virtual Classroom by your Proctor

The Rebooking/Cancellation Fee also applies when you register for the Final Exam without Completing all Five Modules in your Online Course.

Since you started the Vehicle for Hire Driver Training Program, there is no Refund for Your Online Course. The Parachute administrates Students' Payments for the Online Course and Retakes Course Exam Fee.
