The names that appear on my G Driving Licence as First and Last (Family) Name are the same as those that I have entered into the online course.

I authorized sharing my educational records with Parachute and Globe Driving Academy by clicking the checkbox on the main course Page

I provided my G Driving Licence number in the Licence Information Section on the main page of my online course

I uploaded G Driving Licence Image - Front

I uploaded G Driving Licence Image - Back

I completed Module 1. Transporting Passengers in a Safe Manner 

I completed Module 2. Driving in an Urban Setting

I completed Module 3. Providing Service to Persons with Disabilities

I completed Module 4. Providing Service without Discrimination 

I completed Module 5. Understanding the Legal Requirements for Being a Vehicle-for-hire Driver 

I registered for the Online Session and Final Exam through Globe Driving Academy Examination Center Website and received Confirmation e-Mail

During registration, I provided the Examination Center with the same name as on my G Driving Licence

During registration, I provided the Examination Center with the same e-mail address as in my Vehicle for Hire online course

I read the Confirmation e-mail from the Examination Center and I know how to join the online session for the final exam

I have a computer with a working Microphone and Camera

I know - if I do not show up for my final exam I have to pay the $9.95+HST Rebooking/Cancellation Fee and register again by choosing a new exam date and time
